Real question?: What are you really asking? Both will burn off fat and help you lose calories. Intensity and duration determine how much for each activity, more important is your goal: aerobic exercise strengthens the heart and physical endurance more; strength training improves power, bone health, and lean body mass reserves. Both are essential/help appearance, but obviously one may be more important for you.
