Would a radiologist identify multiple 3.4 cm size lung lesions on the outer part of the lung on a chest xray??

Lung nodules/lesions: normally abnormalities larger than 1 cm and sometimes even smaller than 1 cm will be noted by a radiologist interpreting a chest x-ray. Normal structures are not typically mentioned. It's also possible to have lesions visible on a CT scan that won't be visible on a plain chest x-ray either due to size or location possibly hidden by other structures such as the heart, diaphragm, or ribs.
