YES IT CAN: Yes it can, it depends on what the lesions are from.Radiologist can not make such a mistake.A clear lung on chest xray can not be nd same is tru about multiple lesions which develop within a month.You have to follow up this with your doctor to find out what is the cause of these multiple lesions in lung it may be due to infection or some kind of tumors.It definitely needs to be investigated furthe.

My radiologist commented on my chest X-ray dense irregular structure 3.5 cm left apex, likely osseus in nature, less likely pulmonary nodule. It sounds like hes saying its likely part of my skeletal structure? But maybe not. Very worried?
