My radiologist commented on my chest x-ray dense irregular structure 3.5 cm left apex, likely osseus in nature, less likely pulmonary nodule. it sounds like hes saying its likely part of my skeletal structure? but maybe not. very worried?

The term osseous refers to the density which can arise from a calcium deposit into the material. I would assume nothing but discuss the findings with the doctor who knows your case. Only then can you have a better understanding of the findings.
