Low resting HR: The best answer is perhaps, assuming that the EKG is otherwise normal, then can keep track of your heart rate. It is not uncommon for your heart rate to be lower when you wake up. As long as it increases during the day and with activity, then it is likely ok. You can check it when you are exercising to see if you are in the training zone.
