My resting heart rate is 80 to 90. i have perfect body mass index, non smoker, work out 4 days per week, normal ecg, perfect blood pressure, and no complaints or comorbidities, what could be the reason for this?

When and how did you measure the heart rate? Try to get your pulse rate when you wake up, without getting out of bed. Make sure that you are well hydrated, drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
