My resting heart rate is 80 to 90 when i wake up. i have perfect body mass index, non smoker, work out 4 days per week, normal ecg, perfect blood pressure, and no complaints or comorbidities, what could be the reason for this?

You don't say what your heartrate is at other times, but if you usually have a slower heart rate and you check this "resting heart rate" before you rise from lying to sitting up, then it's likely you are startled by an alarm clock, waking from a dream, anxious or excited when you wake up. As long as it returns to normal, you're ok, but you should explore why you get this probable adrenaline rush.
