A member asked:

Area in the upper outer lower leg below the fibula head that's sensitive to touch. doesn't hurt to run or walk. feel slight pull when pointing toes ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

AFootDropInTheBucket: A nerve passes superficially around that area(the peroneal nerve) so maybe you bumped it or you cross your legs a lot. Sometimes scar tissue develops there but that's rare. There are muscles in that area that can become sore or their insertion to the bone gets torn or injured. Sometimes a person has a small bursa in that area that gets inflamed ("bursitis").All-in-all it should get better with time
