Possible: But not that probable. There's a saying that goes, "You can't outrun a bad diet." 70-90% of weight loss is done through diet modification. Think about it this way: How long does it take to burn 100 calories? About 10 minutes. How long does it take to gain 100 calories? About 1 second. Hope this helps!
