Maybe.: Cinnarizine is not used in the United States or Canada and so many of us are not familiar with it, or what it can do. However, since it helps vertigo from many causes, it may help with this one. Try it and see. You will know if it works or doesn't. If your doc suggested it, then it is worth trying.
