My husband is battling an extreme vertigo attack. extremely dizzy even with only slight movement. feels pressure in his ears. is there any medication i can give him for immediate relief? he took 1 x 25mg sandoz cinnarizine about 20 min ago?

Vertigo OTC: He may have viral labyrinthitis or even an attack of Meniere's. Definitely get him to neurologist or ENT but in meantime, can get OTC in USA, dramamine or meclizine, and either can help. One other "hack" is to use Ginger Root 1,000 mg 2 or 3 times daily. But my best recommendation is to get this clearly diagnosed ASAP.
