Good nutrition. : With vitamin D and calcium are important for growing bones. Hope he is getting balanced food with fresh vegetables, milk product and protein of some form. If he does not have any hip joint problem he will be ok. Always ask your local doctor's advise.

Needs correction now: You need to see a child orthopedic doctor and be sure your son is on a good diet for a growing child. If your son is developing a deformity, it is important it be corrected as soon as possible. Your child needs a through examination of himself and his diet.
