A member asked:

Son, 36, inner right thigh slightly above knee hurts when he presses there, why would this happen? he has no injury, worried about clot, has no redness, swelling or pain when walking, no health issues, could this alone be a sign, should he see a doc?

That is not the typical place to get pain from a blood clot. Does he have any risk factors for a blood clot? Has he been immobile at all-long car ride, plane trip, illness, etc.? If there are risk factors, an ultrasound of his leg could rule out the blood clot. If the discomfort continues, he should see his doctor for evaluation. Good luck!
