Does bone graft have to be used in distal femoral osteotomy for valgus knee? my doctor said he does not use it. i am 18 years old with knock knee.

A closed wedge-: -osteotomy will put the bone edges together and no graft is needed. the incision and bone cut R on the inner thigh. if bilateral, both knees will need correction.
