Heat or low BP: Greetings, You didn't mention if he was in an area with heat and humidity which could be a reason for him to feel thirsty and to faint (which sx suggest). If getting him to a cool place and liquids helped, he could just be watched. If it was due to standing too long with his legs rigid, he could have developed some positional hypotension, which again with fluids and movement could help him.
