I had an thyroid ultrasound and it show small hypoechoic nodule and enlarged lymphnode. had a ct scan and said everything was normal. on monday i have to see an endocrinologist to discuss possible biopsy. can it be cancer?

Whether or not: to biopsy the thyroid nodule is based on, along with clinical factors, the specific sonographic characteristics of the nodule. In any case, the probability is that it will be benign. It is not unusual for a CT scan(especially if performed without contrast) to not visualize a small thyroid nodule seen on ultrasound.
