Need urine culture: Home urine tests in a woman can give false positives because of possible contamination with vaginal cells and bacteria . I feel the best way to get a meaningful urinalysis and culture in some women is to get a catherized specimen

Sounds like: bladder infection. Proper treatment would require most likely antibiotics. If left untreated, it could cause scarrin gof bladder or urethra, or spread to kidney. Consult with a physician.
