ANY FEVER?: if you do not have any fever or chills, you should be ok. most likely the vomiting is gaging from the coughing, and the coughing is secondary ro posterior sinus drip. simply tame mucinex dm and zyrtec and take benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night.drink hot tea with lemon and honey. if no better, or start developping fever or chills, or vomiting continue and you could not keep yourself hydrated see your doctor.
