Different families: Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin are fluoroquinolone drugs. Azithromycin is a macrolide. They are different families of drugs and shouldn't put you at risk of a reaction in general. The real question is if you even need a antibiotic at all for your cough. If there's no fever or you aren't really sick or having a productive cough it could be a virus. And antibiotics are only for bacteria.
