I am on 5 mg of escitalopram and i have cough with mucus, so the my doctor prescribed me azithromycin z pack) and methylpredisolone 4 mg dospak. last night i skipped taken my dose of escitalopram. is it ok to take all the above medication?

Depends: There can be an interaction between escitalopram & azithromycin which can affect the heat rhythm but this is usually only a problem in people with a history of heart problems or those taking heart medications. 5 Mg of escitalopram is a low dose so if you have no heart issues it should be safe, but make sure your prescribing Dr is aware.
