Discuss with her Drs. There are many causes of kidney disease that require different treatments. Want to be certain BP NOT too high or too low. Avoid NASIDS for pain.

It would be irresponsible for me to try to answer this without having a complete medical history on your mother...age, ongoing conditions, surgeries, etc. Although kidney damage has been described with covid, it is not a common finding. Have you asked her physician who ordered the creatinine test what the significance of the elevation could be?
