Consult pulmonology: ILD is a complex diseses, as you can see from the link attached. First, the diagnosis needs to be firmly established by a pulmonary expert. They may suggest a lung biosy from a thorasic surgeaon to establish the same. Depending on the oxygen saturation levels, which may go down during sleep, she may need some oxygen at night. There are new new drugs available for ILD which can make some difference
