Too nonspecific.: Good to have the u/s exclude a DVT but doesn't answer the broader picture. Enlarged lymph nodes and spleen suggest simply an infection is going on in the body though your PCP will also check your blood profile (CBC) to make sure there isn't an underlying problem with the blood cells and their production in the bone marrow.
