Likely not serious: The lesion in your liver is quite small and may be unimportant. If you are taking estrogens one of the common lesion seen in the liver is focal nodular hyperplasia. That is a benign process and not serious. Other more serious possibilities are less likely but would require further investigation. A lesion of this size would not cause the abdominal pain.
