What does "hypo dense area of right hepatic lobe" and "low density area of right hepatic lobe" mean on ct results?

The description: is very nonspecific. Almost every focal liver abnormality, from benign to malignant, will be "hypodense" on CT scan. Hypodense means that it is less dense or less attenuating than normal liver, and looks darker than normal liver on the scan. Other CT features determine the level of suspicion.
