Maybe enlarged: The radiologist suspects your liver might be enlarged. Might be useful to get a liver ultrasound to get a handle on that.

Maybe enlarged....: May be normal. The liver has many variations in shape. One of these is a "riedel's lobe" which is focal prominence of the right lobe which is a normal variant.

Craniocaudal: Prominence just means longer than normal in the head to foot dimension. What is more important is the total volume of the liver - is it within normal limits or enlarged? The liver can have many different configurations and still be normal in volume.
