Second Opinion: Without more info, it's so difficult to give you advice. Has the tooth been recently worked on? Does it have a large restoration? Has it been treated with root canal therapy? Does the tooth test vital? Radiographs are only one tool that your dentist has to diagnose your problem. See an endodontist if the problem persists.
