Maybe: Typical signs of infection are swelling, fever and pain. You may or may not have an infection. Right now the most important thing that you can do is call a dentist and be seen as soon as possible to find out what dental problem(s) you have and then get it treated. Take some otc pain medication in the meantime (advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you normally take for a headache.

Teeth or sinus: You may have a sinus infection that secondarily makes your teeth hurt. Conversely, you might also have an infected tooth that makes your sinus and head hurt. Call your md and or dentist soon for an appt.

Maybe: The fact that it is on both sides of your head leads me to believe it is not of dental origin. There are many possibilities, w sinusitis being just one. Start by making an appt. W your dentist. Good luck.
