Tylenol (acetaminophen): Do not take this even if you have a fever, which you actually do not. Fever is either a temp over 100F or which does not fall to 98.6F or less within 24 hrs. Even you had a fever there is no need to suppress it unless you are very uncomfortable or it begins to exceed 104F. Have a great baby.
