No. Never.: Fever in itself is not known to be harmful to the fetus.

Yes, see below: Fever can cause dehydration and premature labor, so need to drink a lot of fluids and take tylenol (acetaminophen) (very safe in pregnancy within safety limits). Also cause of fever needs to be figured out, if viral common cold - will improve in a couple of days but need to rule out urinary tract infection.

Not at this time.: After the first trimester, heat is no longer a teratogen. You are advised however to see your obstetrician asap if you are suffering from any febrile illness during pregnancy, to determine if any specific therapy is indicated (e.g. Tamiflu, rocephin, azithromycin, macrobid). Tylenol (acetaminophen) helps reduce your fever, but does nothing to extinguish its etiology..
