NSAID: Aleve, (naproxen) ibuprofen, motrin etc are NSAIDs. Generallly not recommended during pregnancy due to risk of bleeding. Same with aspirin. Tylenol has acetaminophen which is safer during pregnancy. If you don't have it, it is an easy med to get , just go to your corner drug store, but don't take chances with the NSAID.

Not really: Aleve (naproxen) is contraindicated in the third trimester. It also can cause prolonged bleeding if you would start to bleed. I would get some Tylenol or generic acetaminophen.
