Is it okay to let a 100.7 degree fever run its course w/o taking meds in early pregnancy (7.5wks)? if fever rises, at what temp should i take tylenol (acetaminophen)?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) IsPrettySafe: It depends on how you feel.If you can eat and drink normally and feel fairly well, then a temperature of 101-102 will be tolerated fairly well.Over 102 I'd take something even if I felt OK.It also depends on what may be causing the fever, no matter how high. If it's a minor "viral" illness like a cold, no problem,but if you have some other serious medical problem then even 100.7 could be worrisome
