I'm 31 weeks pregnant and got my flu shot and tdap yesterday. today i have body aches all over and a fever of 100.2. should i take tylenol (acetaminophen) ??

Yes: You did the right thing in getting the shots. Sometimes, there's a reaction that leads to low grade fever and aches, so Tylenol (acetaminophen) is fine.

Normal reaction: I'm sorry you're achy. Take some Tylenol (acetaminophen). It will pass.

Mgt: It is most likely a reaction to the vaccine, but if you develop more prolonged or additional symptoms such as cough, sputum production, I would advise seeing your OB specialist or PCP.
