Ian taking 10mg of lexapro,lately i have been experiencing a stiff neck and headaches, i read you cannot take aleve or advil, tylenol (acetaminophen) does not help?

Headaches & stiff neck are not side effects of Lexapro . They could be related to Anxiety & possibly sleep disturbance . Please seek counseling .
