What does it mean when naproxen helps a headache but ibuprofen and acetaminophen do not help? does this point to one type of headache or another? i ask because im trying to figure out the best course of treatment?

Not particularly: Some individuals will have a metabolism that works better with one such product than another. It likely reflects variation in the genetic code each person has. It is not a diagnostic test or clue.
