What is the best/most effective otc med for tension headache? aspirin, ibuprofen, aleve or tylenol (acetaminophen)? or do they all work equally well?

Experiences: Not sure one is better than another, as Tylenol (acetaminophen) seems to have fewer stomach issues, but Aleve may work well in patients who also have migraine. Try a couple and see which you tolerate better.
