Inner ear: Likely, you have a focal inner ear problem such as an endolymphatic or perilymphatic fistula, but benign positional vertigo could likewise cause this. Even some intracranial problems in the third ventricle (colloid cyst) could create these symptoms. Would start with ENT doctor and find what is happening.
