My right foot gets cold every-time i sit down or lay in bed. temperature is entirely different from my left foot which is a normal temperature. what could be the cause of this and which doctor can i visit?

Right foot is cold : Sounds like a circulation problem , it can be a neurological issue affecting circulation. See a doctor

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.
