For about a week room spinning every morning when i get out of bed. lasts for a few minutes then i slowly feel normal as the hours go by. starts again if i look up (as if to change a light bulb). what could this be? what kind of doctor would i see?

Your symptoms suggest that you may be having a low blood pressure when you stand up, or perhaps vertigo. Initially, I would see your primary care doctor for testing. It is possible you may end up needing to see a neurologist if they were not able to determine the cause of the problem. Good luck.
