Your symptoms suggest that you may be having a low blood pressure when you stand up, or perhaps vertigo. Initially, I would see your primary care doctor for testing. It is possible you may end up needing to see a neurologist if they were not able to determine the cause of the problem. Good luck.

Would initiate your evaluation with your primary care doctor, as you may indeed have blood pressure issues, anemia, or thyroid problems, but an inner ear issue might be the ultimate answer. An otolaryngologist or a neurologist might be needed to uncover the diagnosis if the basic assessment is unclear.
