Abnormal menses: Needs to see gyn for good exam, testing, treatment. May be uterine fibroids, endometriosis, infection, many other possibilities. Take along list of meds, including otc & herbal supplements & medical history of other problems. Giddiness may be from anemia due to heavy loss of blood.

Can't fix w/o exam: Take her to her gynecologist for examination and treatment plan. Her symptoms are not usual so should be seen.
