Eat healthy : The labor involved in counting calories and stress makes it hard to maintain through out your life. Will suggest having an idea of how many calories you consume and keeping below 1500. Avoiding sweetened beverages, fried food, high index carbs, increased fibers, lean protein and moderate exercise
