Not enough info!: How long have you had this? Do you have any other medical problems? Have you injured it? There is not enough information to give you a decent answer. Any persistent back pain, that is not relieved with over the counter acetaminophen or ibuprofen, should be evaluated by a doc soon. If you have numbness, tingling, weakness, or loss of control of bowel or bladder function, go to an ER right away.

See below: Back pain is very common. It can be due to muscle strain or due to a number of problems that can cause back pain. If it is due to muscle strain often OTC analgesics such as ibuprofen(Advil), Naproxen(Aleve) or Acetaminophen(Tylenol) can be helpful.
