Possible: A cesarean section is not a contraindication to an abortion, nor is anemia, however you may want to go to a provider who has associations with a local hospital in case there are complications, which would be very unlikely anyway as long as you are cared for by a trained professional. Safety is also dependent on how far along you are, so the sooner the better.
