Tincture of time: A majority (>50%) will conceive with 3 month and about 85% within 1 year. Depends on age, but usually wait about 6 months before seeking advice from gynecologist. More sex = more chances. Can try ovulation charts, basal body temperatures, ovulation tests, etc...
