Pregnancy options: Abortion options at 7 weeks include both medical (pills) and surgical options. The previous C/section will probably require a second one if you desire to go full term with the pregnancy. The 2nd C/S is not very risky in a good OB surgeons hands, although there may be some adhesions of tissue stuck together. The other risks to the pregnancy are no different than any other such as genetic or comps.
