Safe: i'm sorry you got pregnant so soon after your C-section. After this abortion please consider an IUD or Nexplanon which is the reliable contraception. I assume you are less than 12 weeks pregnant, and early abortion is very safe after a C-section

This is a real...: ...predicament. It's not safe to get pregnant so soon after delivery since you haven't had enough time to recover from the last pregnancy. But, if your uterus hasn't completely recovered, the risk of complications from an abortion is higher too. The safest approach is a medically induced abortion which doesn't require putting any instruments in your uterus. Talk to your OBGYN. Best wishes!
