Herpes: HSV 2 can certainly appear 4 weeks after exposure. They can appear anywhere but the abdomen is a less common area. Have you confirmed that these blisters are actually herpes? Testing should be done to confirm this before you amen assumptions. Shingles is a more likely cause of blisters on the abdomen. Consider a virtual visit on healthtap with one of primary care doctors to show them an image.
