A member asked:

Does hsv2 first outbreak may look like a normal rash, or ulcers (or blisters, or papules) are seen from the begining of the outbreak itching starts?

Question unclear: Hsv infection may begin with itching, which is a subliminal form of pain. It is followed by the eruption which typically appear as a blister or as multiple blisters on or around affected areas -- usually the mouth, genitals, or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers. First outbreaks may be accompanied by fever, profound fatigue and generalized malaise.
