Blood is never: normal. Please see a doctor and have it checked. Doubt from pizza eaten today since food usually takes 48-72 hours to get through the GI tract.

Fresh blood on stool: You are already in age group for screening of colon cancer.I do not believe pizza have anything to do with blood in stool.Advil (ibuprofen) may be.But before you panic you need to make sure the red streak is blood.It may be a warning to you to go to your doctor and check to make sure it is blood.In any case this will be the time to start your colorectal check up.
