Swallow ok?: Most important question is can you swallow without trouble? If not, then see your dr. sooner rather than later. This feeling can be due to reflux, constriction or even anxiety. The thyroid gland sits outside the throat, on the front part of the neck and I would want you to get examined to see that this is not enlarged too.
